I am standing up straight for the first time in years - my back is stronger since receiving treatment at HealthSource. The staff at HealthSource is there to support me and make the rehab fun. As I see them less and less I will genuinely miss them. They have been my summer friends.
I was having lower back pain. At HealthSource of Plymouth they used adjustments and stretching to lengthen my spine. I now feel stronger and I can sit for longer periods of time. I have already recommended friends and family to HealthSource.
This is the first winter in three years that I have not been ill¿ I have never been so happy with any kind of results and to think I¿m off old meds I had previously taken for my sinus problems. Also the weekly adjustments have greatly relieved my headaches and neck tension. I also do the exercises he gave me to do daily.
