I am a registered patient here, and was inquiring about disability support for wheeltrans. The receptionist was very rude, refused to book an appointment with me virtually despite having a broken leg, making coming into the office in-person very challenging for me. They didn’t even book an in-person appointment for me—they hung up on me. I’ll be looking for a new family doctor.
2+ hour wait for a prescription refill never even saw the doctor with weeks of notice ahead of arrival for MULTIPLE people too btw 😂like how are people getting payed for this I wish I could tell you.
I would like to provide some constructive feedback. please hire more receptionist to aid with the Ontario Health Beauraucracy. Please reach out for further detail.
Posting on a burner to say do not. Even. Bother. Possibly the worst and most unorganized healthcare facility in the GTA. Unless you want a family doctor who barely is in office, making urgent appointments to be scheduled within a month’s timeframe — look elsewhere.
