We love Dr. Alexander! She is always helpful and caring and my daughters greet her with a big hug every time.
I've had nothing but problems with this place. The staff and receptionist are beyond rude, although I did like my son's doctor but I just had to transfer somewhere else because of how rude the staff/receptionist were.
Funny, I wrote a post about how rude the receptionist was over the phone and I posted it on here and it didn't post!
Dr. J is awesome. Shes been my daughter's pediatrician since she was born. Shes very caring loving and makes the kids feel comfortable. She honestly cares for the kids and lets them know it. I highly recommend her.
Extremely rude service. We have our 8 year old getting HSO service for about 3 years now. When called in to enroll our new born, the lady over the phone was very rude and hung up on us without even giving all required details. Extremely disappointed. Not sure if we will continue with HSO anymore...
Dr. Schofield has been great with our first child. We absolutely love her and so does our daughter. We just had our second and went in for a visit today and was rejected. The woman at the front desk was very rude. Our appointment was for 11:30 and we had a bit of trouble getting there on time like any new parents do we arrived at 11:25 and were told we were too late. And rejected. I understand if you are slammed busy but you weren't and there is no need to get rude and have an attitude not only with us but also while talking... read more
