HealthSource Strongsville’s approach to care is different than my other physical therapy experiences and the different, more comprehensive approach has been very effective for me. Doctor Tori was not only professional but I really felt she listened to me. I have been to multiple chiropractors throughout my life and never had such positive results. I have had issues with hip, specifically my IT band. I didn’t realize how critical total care was. Doctor Tori helped with my painful IT band and also strengthen my core. This place is great! So thankful for Dr. Victoria and all the staff for keeping me healthy and strong. Never once had a problem and they’ve always been helpful with a busy schedule. While playing football all year, this was the first year without shin splints, and obviously it’s because of Heath Source
Staff is all super friendly. Went from barely able to walk or bend over to no pain within 2 weeks.
This place seems like just another corporate money hungry company and not centered around actually wanting to help people. I’ve gone to many different chiropractors over the years, and never have I had to do an extensive 3 month program that AFTER insurance was over $2k! I was told they can’t just bill insurance for individual visits- you need a treatment plan. I won’t be returning, I’ll find a private company where I can just go as I need.
