RecommendedFirst time going to a chiropractor. Dr. Nelson is great at explaining what we're going to do and why. Got rid of my chronic discomfort.
RecommendedI can’t recommend Dr. Bill enough. I used to have chronic neck pain from a car accident. After going through physical therapy and chiropractor visits with him my back and neck are so much stronger and my pain is significantly decreased and now only needs the occasional adjustment, like today when I threw my neck out of place. He was able to get me in for an adjustment after normal clinic hours so I didn’t have to be miserable the entire weekend. My husband and I both see him regularly and will not go to anyone else.
RecommendedDr Nelson finds the problem and takes care of it. I always walk out feeling better than I did when I came in. I totally recommend Dr Nelson.
About a year ago I realized I was taking ibuprofen daily for my headaches that were coming from my neck. I started seeing Tiff at Health Source for massage therapy. I no longer get those headaches. The other day I was cleaning out a work drawer and noticed my old ibuprofen bottle. I hadn't used it in so long I had to look at the expiration date! I'm beyond satisfied with my investment in my health and my monthly visits with Tiff!
Dr Nelson and his entire staff are amazing! I always feel 100 percent better when I leave. Love the energy and friendliness off all staff members too!
Dr Nelson has got me back on the road to recovery after years of not taking care of my spine. Tiffany through massage ( its wonderful ) is working kinks out and is an definite asset to this recovery. Feel soooo much better. I highly recommend Helth Source.
