This dental office has gone above and beyond my expectations at every appointment. As soon as you enter the door to this office you are met with smiles and kind greetings at every corner. Every employee will bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable, and have thought of everything to help calm any anxieties you may have. We had missed Deb Douglas, the supreme dental hygenist, and finally followed her to Downtown Family Dental. We are equally impressed with Dr. Ganshert, and the entire, effecient, friendly staff.

Went in for my second round of fillings in 3 months... I was in the chair for 1.5 hours and it was a very painless/comfortable experience. Love that you can watch tv/movies while you're getting work done. Makes it that much more tolerable.

I always enjoy walking into the office we are always greeted promptly. Almost always i never have to reach the counter to check in I am greeted by staff with eigther one of my kids names so even though we do not have to come in more then twice a year the staff remembers my childrens names. The staff is prompt with given me any forms to fill out to update my childrens records. Most kids become some what fearful of the visit to the dentist but not my children they enjoy all the staff there

Lost part of a filling prior to my scheduled cleaning. So went i went in for cleaning they took a look at the damage and scheduled an appointment for the next week to fix it. Well about 5 minutes after I left the office, they called me and said they just had a cancelation and could get me in right away. I live over a hour away, so I was thrilled that they saved me another trip down. Thanks for remembering me and I will definately see you at my next appointment.

I would have to rate myself as a tough patient, with less than stellar habits, but for my exam and cleaning, I am amazed with how patient and knowledgeable the staff was with me! I would definately recommend them without hesitation to any new patients.
