always excellent care and pleasant staff
Full disclosure: My daughter works at Downtown Family Dental and that is what originally took me there. However, I stay because of the care I receive. I appreciate their pre-exam reminders and the detailed manner in which they inform me of all details surrounding my appointments. I appreciate the manner in which they explain past, current and future needs and conditions. Conversation is both professional and personal...patints are not file numbers and the dental care is high tech in a comfortable, very clean environment.
The staff is professional and caring. They work well as a team. Their work seems to reflect this truism to their profession and clients. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.
Yesterday, I had my 6 month check up and was very pleased, as always, with the service that I received. Everyone is very friendly. The appointment was on time and I was in and out quickly.

The staff at Family Dental are a rare combination of courteous, conscientious, honest, and professional. Very uncommon in today’s medical world. After only 3 visits I can say that I completely trust Dr. Konens judgement and advice. In the 60 years that I have been a dental patient there has been only 1 other provider that I can say the same for. The moniker “Family Dental” couldn’t be more accurate, from the front desk to the exam rooms the staff treats their patients like family.
