The staff was wonderful, friendly, courteous and professional. The dentist was quite impersonal, all business. I understand the need to be efficient but a personal touch is appreciated.
Friendly staff. Dr. Chin is gentle and ensures patients do not feel pain. Never have to wait long for service. Operating hours accommodate my work schedule so rarely need to take time off work. Five stars!
I am a very satisfied patient. Downtown Family Dental is technically excellent as well as customer friendly. The one feature that stands out is their dental membership program which was created last year in answer to consumer requests. I signed up last year and was 100% satisfied. Signed up again this year.
