Always professional and I have had a lot of work done in the past and they never treat me like that is a problem-- like the last place we went when they were rude about the fillings. I have weak teeth and they keep them healthy for me :)
At Downtown Family Dental the staff are very kind and walk you step by step through your dental treatment. They are there for you, and work with your needs financially.

I was impressed with the beautiful facility and the staff's ability to put me at ease. Dr. Ganshert provided me with more information than I was accustomed to at my old dentist; something I appreciated.
I have had a lot of trouble with my teeth these last 2 years, and Downtown Family Dental has been there for me all through it. The location is super convenient, and the staff is kind and caring.
It is always nice and friendly. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
