Went in to get my first ever fillings and Dr. Konen and crew were amazing from start to finish. They were patient with me and added more novicane for my convenience, love this place!

As always, Toni is one of the friendliest office managers/receptionists I know and always makes you feel welcome when you arrive and when you leave. Katie did a very good job as my dental hygienist cleaning my teeth and was very friendly to talk with during the work. For several years, Debbie (who retired last June) cleaned my teeth so she had some big shoes to fill. As always, the staff at Downtown Family Dental was superb, very accommodating. They make a visit to the Dentist as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be.
Since I was a little girl I have always dreaded going to the dentist. This feeling hasn't changed much, but if I have to go, I'm glad I go to Downtown Family Dental. Heidi is a great assistant and it was nice to meet Dr. Mann. All your staff have always been so caring..from the minute you walk in the door, til you're saying good-bye.
