I always looked forward to my P.T. visits. The exercises were challenging but effective. My neck issue is considerably improved and I have no pain now. The staff is well-trained and developed an individualized treatment plan for me which included a full-body workout for strength, flexibility, and balance. The neck and shoulder massages were wonderful. The facility was very clean and organized and workouts moved very efficiently. The staff creates a fun and positive atmosphere and I enjoyed that a lot.
The staff was warm, friendly and fun! They made something that seemed like a chore an absolute delight and were flexible with the schedule. And of course they helped me heal! If I ever need physical therapy again I will absolutely return to this location and I’ll recommend it to anyone else who needs PT. 5 out of 5 all day long!
Great service friendly knowledgeable staff. Pain free but challenging is what I always heard. I would definitely recommend Mel is a treat she will work and push you at a pace that is steady.
Melanie is THEE BEST! I have improved so much so that I still incorporate a lot of what she taught me on a daily. She is passionate about her work. If you're serious about getting better Melanie will hold you accountable because she expects the best. I was hit in a 50mph accident which caused me to crash into a tree and a light pole. I think my picture below speaks for itself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Mel is a gem. She has always given me good advice which has helped me every time. She can be working on my shoulder, telling me one of her great stories , then , suddenly she is correcting another patient across the room. She never skips a beat. Her massages are what I love the most about the past 10 months of attending Bloomfield HQ. I will be stopping in to say hi:) Thank you Mel~
