My doctor left the practice and the practice set me up with an appointment with Dr. Richard Ellis. He talked down to me, and did not address any of my issues except to offer some over the counter brands like Tylenol. In my 70 years this is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I am looking for a new facility after going to this location for years. I heard he is leaving, and I can see why they could not grow their practice with this arrogant man. .
