My doctor left the practice and the practice set me up with an appointment with Dr. Richard Ellis. He talked down to me, and did not address any of my issues except to offer some over the counter brands like Tylenol. In my 70 years this is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I am looking for a new facility after going to this location for years. I heard he is leaving, and I can see why they could not grow their practice with this arrogant man. .
RecommendedMy husband and I have both been patients here for 9 years. We are always very pleased with the care we receive here. The receptionists and nurses are always so sweet, welcoming and professional. Crystal, our doctor is always very patient with us, very thorough, and takes her time to address any of our needs. The new nurse manager Betsy they have now is also great and gets things done in a timely manner, so sweet and professional. Will never go anywhere else for our healthcare needs!
My time as a patient is valued. I do not wait for long periods of time in the waiting room or in the back office. Phones calls are always returned within the communicated timelines. Our family is especially thankful that we were able to use video and phone calls during the COVID pandemic. Highly recommend the practice.
Unorganized, unable to provide clear answers, nurse NEVER answers the phone or calls you back, referrals don’t ever go through without you having to constantly follow up... I asked for a simple copy of a report, staff couldn’t even find it. So, so many issues! I’m definitely looking for another family practice.

I absolutely recommend my medical family. I also highly recommend bringing your medications to every visit, and having your blood tests done when your doctor prescribes them to ensure there are no gaps in your medication regimen. 95% of patient hardships are caused when the blood test aren't done. Your doctor makes decisions on your treatment and medication dosages based on those results. The nursing staff isn't allowed to refill the medications for > 30 days if the blood tests aren't up to date. Merry Christmas everybody. S... read more
