Very disappointing on scheduling! My husband had been waited for more than 1 hour although he had appointment time and I have been here in the office for more than 2 hour and 30 min !! Still seated!!
Awesome so far.My health insurance will be ending soon due to me making too much for medicaid and not being able to afford other health insurance.I called and talked to Brittany,she was amazing and beyond helpful.She even calculated what my fee would be on the sliding scale,and,it was very affordable.I will be seeing a doctor there very soon,and,I can only hope he or she is as helpful and professional as Brittany was.Five stars so far,God bless this place.
I was wanting to schedule an appointment as a new patient so I called...I’ve been on the line for over 20 minutes and counting for someone to pick up. Horrible music just keeps playing. Then these horrible little messages every now and then about colon cancer and smoking. I actually hope I die of something now. I could write a novel on here before they answer my call. 1 Star is not even a bad enough rating, based solely on this first experience with them. Unreal.
