Wasted over a month calling both dentist and orthodontist offices for them to write a letter which I had to come back up and drop off for them because they don't fax or email patient referrals for then to get the care they need. All this after I was told numerous times they would fax over my child's information. If they do this to children imagine what they do to adults needing care during a pandemic.
If you are a breastfeeding mother, have anxiety or have a child with anxiety do not take them to the Kent health point dental clinic. I was referred to Health Point with the explanation that their dentists had experience working with those with mental health issues. When I scheduled the appointment I advised that my child had anxiety, that I had to be in the room with her and that I had a breastfeeding infant with me.
