This review is specifically for Gene or Jean- the blood draw guy. He is amazing. Most people have had a lot of trouble not being able to draw my blood but every time I have seen Gene he does it so seamlessly without any problems and I don’t even feel it. He even went the extra mile of sending a message to my doctor for me for an extra lab test that I requested on the spot. He is also so friendly, attentive, and talented. They offer exceptional customer service, supported by outstanding care coordinators, nurses, and doctors. The worst “doctors” office ever. They are so incompetent here. You tell them you need a blood test and they almost always forget a few of the tests they were supposed to perform.
Dr. LAINEY is amazing. I've been a CCRN for 27 yrs. I appreciate that Dr Lainey looks me in the eye when we have an appt. I've dealt with many physicians in my career with disgust. She takes the time, easy to talk to and is very attentive. I just adore the front desk staff as well as the lab staff. They are so kind during my visits as I'm navigating a chronic illness. We need more Dr's like her.
