I visited this walk-in clinic on a Saturday seeking medical care for acute symptoms. Instead of receiving standard in-clinic care, the attending doctor was unpleasant, dismissive, and refused to perform or collect a diagnostic swab, claiming they don't do them on Saturdays. Handing a patient a self-swab kit to deal with on their own on a weekend when outside labs have limited hours is unacceptable. I never wanted Dr. Karim to do my extraction. I ask many time for Dr. Kamal because he is my dentist and my husband also remove his teeth with Dr. Kamal before with no problem. But still they make Dr. Karim do my extraction. My experience was very bad. Extraction was very rough and healing was so painful for many weeks. Have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Hina is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed through like I'm just a number. The whole practice from reception to hygienists to doctors make you feel like your part of the family. Highly recommend.
