Wait time listed as 1.5hrs but we got in and saw Dr Alvey after an hour. Dr Alvey was really attentive and appreciative of the pain my wife was in. Treatment was really good and quick. Would recommend.
I've never had such a disappointing urgent care visit. They've got no front desk staff now, just computerized check in and a very bored looking attendant who didn't even say 'hello'. Got parked for over 90 minutes only to then be told there was little they could do for me. Of course no one indicated as such sooner. The staff was pleasant enough but did not seem highly competent.
