They refuse to staff this location properly so my kid's allergy injections are constantly being rescheduled. We even had to step back a phase and get an additional shot due to improper staffing, which seems unethical to me. I have requested a supervisor contact me multiple times so that I can find some sort of remedy or switch locations but they do not call me back. I feel very stuck.
