Got referred from our pediatrician to here and have health partners insurance through my job. Had a 45 min consultation for my 8 year out daughter. At the end she said she needed 2 more consultation so I made the appointments. Then got the bill and for the 45 mins with nothing said to help to me was $764.00 and out of pocket was $450. Trying to help my Child while have one more severely autistic and having a 45 min call was half my morgage. On line people were no help and not at all sympathetic.
Try getting through on their phone line! JOKE!
Mental health is tough, and not every provider works for every person. But I found my professional here and have been with him for about 15 years. The staff is kind and compassionate and always willing to help with problems that arise with pharmacies, scheduling. I like it here.
