My first call was to burnsville office i was booked out till sept its Feb and put on waitlist However! I wasnt aware the clinics were all linked when calling in appointments. So I called the st louis office number and got Naja. I can't get HP Dermatology to respond to my request to change medication because my PHP insurance has changed as of Jan 1, 2026 and the medication is not offered. I have sent them a list of new medications that are covered. I have made several calls. Tried to schedule an e-visit... all to no avail. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Gave a lady my name and info but once she gave an address and it was wrong she hung up on me.
