Professional, punctual, and informative
Horrible customer service and very dismissive. I had a broken tooth and they scheduled me out two months to have fixed even though the recommendation was to have it fixed within two weeks. Although I’d established care there and would see a female dentist who’d been promoted and moved to another clinic (due to dental anxiety I’d receive meds to calm me down before my procedure that she’d recommended to begin with, but refused to fill for the extraction). Met my new dentist today. I considered leaving but decided to give the new person a try. Great call....she's AMAZING!
My daughter got a cavity filled in September at this clinic and it fell out while brushing her teeth just over a month later. They refused to take her in to fix it, even though it was an emergency visit due to her being unable to eat and drink without pain and the fact that it was their poor dental work!
