Don’t waste your time with anything here they can’t even manage to schedule your appointments correctly! Twice they have screwed up my appointment time. The first time it was scheduled for the wrong day the second time was for the wrong time! Unacceptable good thing it’s just my yearly exam and I’m not dying!
First time went to do an ultrasound at this clinic after switching over to health partners. I’m in my 3rd trimester and have a toddler. My husband and toddler always goes with me to my doctor appointments and ultrasound. But this is the first time, my toddler was denied going into the ultrasound room, claiming it was always policy that kids are not allowed. My husband had to stay back with her. I was not informed that this is a policy…especially what if I found out if I had a miscarriage? I was to cry alone in the room? And ... read more
Very disappointed in the kiosks that they have up now. The last thing I want to do is touch a kiosk that other sick people have been touching. Both interpersonally and medically speaking it's unfortunate. I'm very disappointed.
I was on the phone and tried to be nice but this lady is so rude!
