This is a fantastic hospital with amazing bedside manner. I was lucky to have ended up here and after a 6 week stay, I can honestly say I have zero complaints. This is a well oiled machine where everyone from case management to the nurses, CNA's, and doctors is playing their part. I wanted to give a special thank you to Nurse Autumn in 5 West and also Andy (CNA) 5 West, and Taewanda in case management for your extra help during my stay.
I would like to take a moment to recognize and thank Nurses Alice Gensel and April Cino for the exceptional care they provided to my pregnant wife. Thank you, Alice Gensel and April Cino, for helping make this important chapter in our lives a positive and memorable experience. Your hard work, professionalism, and compassion are deeply appreciated.
I recently observed a concerning situation at the hospital that I feel needs to be addressed. While there are certainly some dedicated nurses who work hard and show genuine care for their patients, I noticed a troubling pattern of neglect that cannot be overlooked. During my time there, I saw several staff members spending excessive amounts of time lounging around and socializing rather than attending to patients.
