I’ve been to the clinic quite a few times recently, both for myself and my kids. The staffs there are great and helpful. I’ve seen them help elderly patients and younger kids whenever they need assistance which is something I’ve never seen other clinics do.
After my Dr consultation, I went to the reception to arrange a revisit. The receptionist abruptly told me to wait in the queue, although I was the only patient there and was already waiting quietly without interrupting her. Her tone suggested I was cutting in line, even though no one else was present. I found this unnecessarily rude and confusing, as I wasn’t sure where I was expected to stand when there was no queue. It's the best medical clinic in Sydeny, always attentive to patient requests, very kind staff. Doctors are very caring especially Dr. Jiang Li. Angela and Sherly at reception are so kind. Clinic manager very kind too.
AWFUL experience. Felt completely misunderstood and had to ask to leave because I was basically being yelled at by my doctor. Don’t see Dr Xie.
The front desk staff is good, all the other doctors are good, except for one doctor called Stephen Howe
