It's the best medical clinic in Sydeny, always attentive to patient requests, very kind staff. Doctors are very caring especially Dr. Jiang Li. Angela and Sherly, Nancy at reception are so kind. Clinic manager very kind too.

When I realised that i had shingles, I rushed to book the GP who was available, unfortunately it was Xie, he diagnosed it as shingles and he prescribed only half of the daily dosage. When I asked how to take it, he impatiently pointed at the prescription and told me to read it myself. By the time I went back to see my own GP for a follow-up, I had already missed the best time for medication.
I’ve been to the clinic quite a few times recently, both for myself and my kids. The staffs there are great and helpful. I’ve seen them help elderly patients and younger kids whenever they need assistance which is something I’ve never seen other clinics do.
After my Dr consultation, I went to the reception to arrange a revisit. The receptionist abruptly told me to wait in the queue, although I was the only patient there and was already waiting quietly without interrupting her. Her tone suggested I was cutting in line, even though no one else was present. I found this unnecessarily rude and confusing, as I wasn’t sure where I was expected to stand when there was no queue.
