Didn’t enjoy the service, won’t be coming back
Been here a few times only because it’s the closest to my house but the doctors here are very indifferent to patient’s concerns and ask zero questions and give hardly any information before prescribing medication. I have had to hear them say things like ‘you can read about the side effects on the packaging or online’ then why am I sitting in front of a doctor?! Why are we being rushed to get rid of in two minutes? Honestly you have one job and that is to show some care and empathy towards patients. Do better.
It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with this office. You can call multiple times throughout the day and no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, they don’t even allow patients to leave a voicemail, which makes communication nearly impossible. This is very concerning, as patients need to be able to rely on their healthcare providers for timely access and support.
