Edit: I gave this a 5star review but I’m retracting that 5 ⭐️ . Although the staff are nice (some of them) you cannot leave a voice mail and no one ever picks up the phone or call you back! It’s ridiculous, voice mail always says to book appointment on line, but what if you already booked and just want to ask question? Special shoutout to Dr. Kara, she is an excellent physician.

I came into the walk-in clinic and was greeted by very rude receptionist. They seem to busy and I felt like I was being ignored or an annoyance to them. What ever happen to customer service? I will not be coming back. I rather walk an extra 5min and go elsewhere.
I came to my appointment and was completely ignored, nobody even looked in my direction. After waiting, I asked how soon I would be seen because I was in a rush. Only then the receptionist finally look at me and tell me she was on her break. I left very disappointed with experience
