I attended IOP with Rebecca and Kirsten (and occasionally Whitney), and I cannot say enough good things. I felt defeated going into this program, and by the time I was dispatched, I felt like myself again. Rebecca and Kirsten truly care about your mental health and well-being, and I felt like it was a safe space to be honest and address my mental health concerns. I wish I could do more to thank them but I hope they know that they will be forever in my heart. Thank you a million times.
