I work here as the receptionist and not only do I enjoy coming to work but I enjoy the work I do and admire all my team members as they work to navigate this field with so many changes and new requirements per DHS. I also can say that we work hard to manage any and all frustrations from clients and CG due to these changes as well.

Constantly misgenders my client, annoying dealing with them in general. Their training emails ends up in my spam folder, and they deactivate my account 2 days later without a text or call.

A very unorganized company. Make sure your verifying what their billing as well. I have received the run around since June. The manager or owner Emma and Audrey/Aubrey are very confused without follow through. Very disappointing.

CDCS waiver recipients do not go here: They lie and say they understand CDCS but they do not. Manager did not have any patience for a disabled adult trying to understand their services. They are extremely condescending and rude to disabled adults who can self advocate and demand to speak to case manager’s only, which is a ethical violation of disability inclusion.
