RecommendedI called tonight (1/15/2020) at 7 pm on the LAST DAY to sign up for individual health care plans. All the other places I had tried that said they would still be open sent me straight to message or said they were closed. Just when I was beginning to feel doomed, Tasha responded saying she would help me at 8 pm! The fact that she was there, ready and willing to put in extra hours at an obviously stressful, last minute enrollment time was everything. Very trustworthy and responsive.
Tasha is terrific at explaining the differences and the pros and cons of various insurance companies and their plans. She even does all the math to show how much each plan will really cost given the co-pays for lab work and office visits, etc. She doesn't try to talk you into any particular plan or company, but will explain what she does or does not like about it. She gives you the information and then lets you decide which is best. There is no pressure.
I am so grateful for being referred to Tasha. She is kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The health insurance realm is pretty intimidating to me and my budget is super limited, but she made it really easy to find options I could afford. I am finally seeing a doctor, therapist, dentist, etc. So relieved.
Tasha is very knowledgeable in the health markets field. When I needed ins when i unemployed she was able to get me the right insurance. She also suggested Supplemental insurance that is very helpful to have that my insurance wouldn’t cover.
Tasha goes above and beyond for her clients. She has years of knowledge and is always willing to help people in any situation they are in. If you need help with insurance Tasha is surely the person to go to!! In office visits & over the phone appointments - she always will work around your schedule, extremely helpful!

I have referred three people to Tasha and they have all said she is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I had a problem with the income that got entered incorrectly and ended up dealing with the state myself. She is hard to get a hold of and makes you feel like you are not a priority once she has initially helped you. She refers to herself as your personal HR department and this is nothing but a joke. Very disappointing.
OMG! Thank you Tasha! you were such a blessing to talk with and help my family with our health insurance needs. you were so polite and a joy to work with. You listen to what we needed and were talking about before telling us something we did not want to hear. Thank you!
