RecommendedI called tonight (1/15/2020) at 7 pm on the LAST DAY to sign up for individual health care plans. All the other places I had tried that said they would still be open sent me straight to message or said they were closed. Just when I was beginning to feel doomed, Tasha responded saying she would help me at 8 pm! The fact that she was there, ready and willing to put in extra hours at an obviously stressful, last minute enrollment time was everything. Very trustworthy and responsive.

She even does all the math to show how much each plan will really cost given the co-pays for lab work and office visits, etc. She doesn't try to talk you into any particular plan or company, but will explain what she does or does not like about it. She gives you the information and then lets you decide which is best. There is no pressure.
