You are kidding yourself it you think you will get your films in a timely fashion. They asked for the same form to be completed 3 times. Wasted a week then we had to order new films.
The online portal lacks any modern design technology. I had to put in multiple requests. Once in, there is no way to identify which is for each document. So when one got closed \ Insufficient information, I am unable to determine which one had the problem. I've got one that says in process, but is also ready for payment. I'll be happy to pay when it is complete, but I'm starting to suspect that it will remain at in process step until I pay. Just a very poorly designed system and no way to ask questions. POS.
I have recently worked closely with Shelby Barnes on obtaining critical medical records for the VA. She was the most focused, enthusiastic, and energized support person I have worked with recently and feel she is most deserving of some type of company recognition. I was very impressed with her "can do attitude" which again makes me know this is a great company when you have employees such as Shelby Barnes.
I have used RSS, the previous incarnation of this company, and they were great. HealthMark doesn;t seem to work with ANY physician offices in the Philadelphia area. Don't waste your time filling out their paperwork. I don't see how they stay in business
Yeah, well, getting my medical records from Healthmark has been nothing sort of a joke. It's been going on since October 7th. I called and was told to use the portal. I get no answers, only excuses. "Why didn't I get my x-rays?" Duh, "I don't know." (and no one is going to bother to find out why.) "you used the portal, so submit it again." I did. That was November 4th. I still don't have them.
