Until recently, I never knew that vestibular therapy was an option for my vertigo episodes. I am gratified that I got the best with Amy. She is patient, knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. Then, she accurately identifies my specific problem and correctly targets the required therapy to remediate my condition. I could not ask for a better health care provider. The Schertz Heathlink facility is a real and necessary asset to our area.
I’ve been working with Amy Givens and it has been a tremendous experience. She is very caring, works at your pace, very understanding, answers my questions, and is working hard to get my vestibular system in good shape. I highly recommend working with her.
The therapists are very professional and friendly. In spite of being in pain they help you relax and are always concerned about your comfort.
I have been seeing Amy for vestibular therapy and think that she’s the best therapist I have ever worked with. Her knowledge is exceptional! She is very patient and takes time to explain and answer all questions. She is very sensitive to my problems and has offered great exercises and solutions to help improve my balance. I highly regard her skills and professionalism and have recommended her to several of my friends and acquaintances.
I liked the attention since they reminded you of your appointment and they gave me therapy, three very kind people, but the last therapies were given to me by Megan, an excellent person, thanks to God and Megan’s work, I can now walk.
