Schertz Health Link Baptist Hospital PT facility is a 5 star location. When you enter the doors Pat greets you and remembers your face and call you by name. Then the 2 therapist I had, Conner and Megan they set up a regimen that took care of my needs and not just move through the motions. On the days i was not feeling well they changed my routine and by the time I was done I felt better. Service was great
My experience here was wonderful. Everyone was kind and professional. I walked in with a cane and struggling with terrible pain in my hip. I left without the need for a cane and in so much less pain. I worked with Conner and he educated me on the source of my pain and how to resolve it using specific exercises. I am continuing to work on my hip at home and am thankful for his patience, advice, and expertise.
Wow! I finally got relief been dealing vertigo (out of place crystals on both sides) for over 4 months, saw Amy twice, and it's gone! It feels so good to feel good! I'm now a huge believer in physical therapy to tweak your body aches. Amy was fantastic! She's very knowledgeable, explained where things were out of alignment, to include a 3D model, and in-tune to what your body requires to mend. Great place, great people, highly recommend!
