Gian did a remarkable job helping me achieve all my objectives during my physical therapy session. He is so knowledgeable, insightful and friendly that the whole experience was not only successful but also very enjoyable! The entire staff at the downtown Healthlink facility is like one big family. If you need any type of physical therapy support this is the place to go!!
My experience at Healthlink PT Downtown was amazing! The staff is very professional, kind, compassionate and personable! When I started PT, I could barely walk due to a knee and ankle injury. Within 3 months I was so much stronger that I was walking without any difficulty and all of my pain was gone! The atmosphere is very positive and I loved how everyone is so friendly. I had complete left knee replacement and did my PT at your downtown location. Ro and Bri are excellent in their knowledge of the PT I needed to be able to use my knee again. They were tough when I needed them to be and it helped me to want to do my best to be able to improve. They are outstanding Physical Therapist. They also gave me printouts of exercises to do at home. My mom had her left knee reconstruction (one month ago) because of a knee replacement that went bad over five years ago and the process of healing has been very crucial and hard for her, but the people at HealthLink have been so amazing with her, pushing her, but also encouraging her to keep going. She works hard with her physical therapy for about an hour, and then afterwards they allow her to ice her knee. We’re so grateful for this place. The physical therapists there were outstanding. They were very professional, considerate, and encouraging. Each time I went there I could feel the improvements. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
