DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. The owners dont care about you. They care about their favorites and thats it. The director is fake and doesn't know her job. The HR person is full of drama. They like who they like rather than care if you're capable to do the job itself. I was there less than 3 weeks at their corporate office part time and still in training and was let go to "just not a right fit". GREAT PLACE TO WORK!! I have worked for other health care agencies and I have to say this is the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone is helpful and caring. Their top priority is with their clients and caregivers. They take care of their clients and their employees in many ways. This company goes above and beyond in client care. I have been working here for 3 years and hope to be here many more.
