Mitzy is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and organized when I have questions she's always there.
I spent the last few years having to take care of my mom, this place helped us by offering support for the caretaker and a little extra cash to put towards the bills. If you're a caregiver I recommend you call these folks.
This company has wonderful nurses and case managers. However, payment is never on time and there is no communication regarding payment. The owners are extremely inconsiderate and speak rudely to you when you ask about payment. I was told to go somewhere else if I did not like the payment schedule(we will pay when we want to) I do not recommend this company. I recommend looking elsewhere for your loved ones needs.
This agency frequently pays late and has very poor communication. They never explain what’s going on, which is frustrating. I’ve been with them for a couple of years, but things have gotten much worse in 2025. I do not recommend this agency—look for something else.
