Doctor Pablo is great with my two cats. Caring and gentle, he puts them at ease. The communication is great and the staff friendly and professional. Great to use a small family owned business as opposed to the big corporate money machines.
I recently moved to Santa Ana and I got two kittens. I found them online and I am so glad I picked them. Dr. Pablo and the staff are friendly and caring. It's a quick in and out with reasonable prices. They go above and beyond. I love how intimate the environment is, like a genuine feeling. Also I never had a vet office call to check in on my kittens the day after an appointment.
Dr. Etchemendy and staff are great. Dr. Etchemendy is so patient and explains everything and answers all questions simple and complex. We never feel rushed or feel like we didn't get a chance to ask something. The clinic is spotless runs smooth and on time.
I moved to the area and came to Dr. Pablo with my senior dog who is starting to experience symptoms of aging. I have been impressed with my experience from my first call to the office, to my appointment and everything in between. It means so much to find a kind, empathetic, educational, and accommodating practice and staff. I’m so glad to have found their practice and will be establishing care with my second dog there shortly as well!!
