I can highly recommend Shane 100% he was the answer to my long term issues that I had tried many different modalities to resolve. I would like to recommend Shane. He is to the point and helps explain things in my words. However he cares too. I suffer from depression, my meetings with him have allowed me to take control. Shane is one of those guys who has an amazing ability to help change your perspectives on life, see what limitation you have placed in front of yourself and giving you the tools to push through.
