This morning i tried to make an appointment. After 25 minutes on hold the lady hung up on me when she finally answered. Tried calling again was on hold for 20 more minutes without anyone answering. IM JUST TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
I needed more medi-honey. The doctor ordered me far too many supplies, of which I did not use and will now go to waste. I received a bill of $300 from the medical supply company and this clinic will not help me dispute the billl, which stemmed from Dr. Simone ordering too many supplies. I could have gotten what I needed from Wal Mart for far cheaper.
I am so mad 😡 today, I call three days for my father in law’s medication, is very important medication he have to take it every. Every time I call they tell they will let the doctor know and the doctor and get it refill. But I call 10 times for those days, they always give me a same answer they will let the doctor know to get it approved. But the medication we need never get approved. Every time i call HealtEast i need to be transfered to an other person. The waiting time for someone top pick up the phone is ridiculous. Or they don't even pick up. Refill prescription with them is even more ridiculous. I think it is time to switch clinicks.
It is a nightmare to schedule an appointment. I even doubt if they really have a scheduling department. The phone takes forever before someone can talk with you. Really hope Medica insurance can have health partner clinics as in network providers.
