So glad we went to the Mass Health Connector office. I had a number of questions after looking at the website, and the staff answered all of them. We have some complicated questions too, and the staff member was extremely knowledgeable, organized, kind and thorough. We went early in the morning and were seen within 15 minutes. Sorry to hear the office will be closing in June- it's a wonderful service about a fundamentally important and complex topic- health care coverage!

I got there at 4:45 pm just to get some paper printed, which I had already spoken to them about on the phone. When I got there they told me that they couldn't help me at 4:45 pm, knowing that they close at 5 pm, and I didn't even go inside because apparently it was closed at 4:45pm instead of 5:00pm
