Too lazy to do anything. They are also taking it out on patients when you have several prescriptions because they don’t want to do any work and was a complete waste of time for me trying to deal with them. Instead of filling meds on time, they put off refilling and call and ask many questions without giving context of what prescriptions they have on file and ask me instead when they are due to fill. it seems like they do not know how to do their job and they hate their job.
