9/20/2023 I was calling this dr office to talk with the dermatologist in regards to an appointment she canceled last min. I’ve been patiently waiting for over 3 weeks. Their front office isn’t good with communicating or patient support. MORGAN was very rude the statement she told me if you don’t like the scheduling go back to your primary and get a new dr. It's nice place.
I can't really judge the "outside" people because they scan my temperature and I am through; but, they have never been anything but friendly to me! But, let's talk about the urgent care. This place is great. I am 67: I have been in for pneumonia, blood pressure spikes, etc. Waiting area staff are sooo courteous, professional & friendly.
