I have bing going to Dr Hoover senses he open his doors and more then 10 years and I’m still there Hoover is an amazing Dr always on point and very good on helping me with all the information that I need and advice that I need and his wife is awesome too Both are very friendly and very knowledgeable and good at what they do
Update: Kudos to Dr Hoover and the team on their problem resolution. Wait times have significantly improved and I was able to see Dr. Hoover on two consecutive visits. Really appreciate his service. I’ll continue to visit because of his expertise, genuine care and friendliness. The level of service has dropped significantly. Receptionists are short, immediately put you on hold, and wait times for most things have been much longer. My first experience trying to arrange a virtual follow up was the worst! Dr. John Hoover, Paola Hoover his wife and the entire staff are the most caring, compassionate, accommodating, gentle, understanding and supportive people that you will encounter at a medical facility around. The medical care that you receive is nothing short of top notch. They accept walk-ins as well as appointments and your waiting time is quite short.
