My son went there a week ago and they gave him a dose of antibiotics there, no prescriptions and a urinalysis test. He has since received his results online. Called the Dr several times to go over results (which were abnormal) and they said he will call you back. A week later, still no call back and symptoms are still bad. I also called and they said he can come in if he wants to expedite it. REALLY! This is unacceptable and now he has to go see another Dr.
They take care of your needs when ever your needs need to be addressed. They always answer the phone
I highly recommend this office especially to those with children! Dr.Hoover and his staff have been nothing but kind and attentive since day one. I get seen quickly and efficiently at every appointment and the overall energy of the office is great. It’s clean, quiet, and the staff feels like they genuinely care about my son’s health and they actually take their time to listen to any concerns I may have, they’re super informative. Highly recommend!!
Best Health Care clinic in all of Miami. The staff is very attentive to all your needs and care, as well as the PA’s, Alex and Solange. Every time I come to this clinic everything goes smoothly and they are also quick. Also, Stephanie is one of the best medical assistants there!!!!!! I LOVE HER!!!!!!!
