Made me feel very uncomfortable during the meeting. Was not willing to meet me where I was with the way I had been handling my taxes. They have a very rigid system they use and it seems it is their way, or the highway. I interviewed 5 different CPAs and this was by far the worst experience of all. I was belittled, embarrassed, and made to feel like a child rather than an educated working professional that needed help with my taxes.
Kevin Miko is and has been excellent as well as his entire team!!!
If I could rate zero I would. I would not trust my business with these people and employees are mistreated and unappreciated .
