I am happy that my provider radiology consultants of Rockford no longer uses this service. It’s horrible. It does more harm than good. I am still dealing with an issue from 2021 That is very simple. They won’t bill the right insurance company. I have spent way too much time on this. They should go out of business.

This billing “service” has provided a DISSERVICE to not only an impeccable organization that provides the upmost care to every single one of theirs clients down to a personal level, but also to the clients individually such as myself. To discontinue services on a professional level is one thing, but to totally abandon the organization and the clients and deny them access to their information is highly unprofessional. Choosing this “service” can guarantee you dissatisfaction in your organization and clients in the future.

The absolute worse to deal with, apparently they apply payments to where ever they please and not based off the invoice they sent. I have been trying to get down to the bottom of my bill to make sure I'm not being double charged because the bill makes no sense. What was paid and applied to one invoice shows up 2 invoices later as unpaid. Its been 4 months of promises and no help, when I add my bill up it doesn't equal up to what they say the final amount owed is.
