I thought the staff did a good job. I walked in with no appointment, my wait was about 45 minutes. I expected as much. So ... I always bring a pad of paper to draw on and this keeps me occupied until my name is called. I say it's only OK because the chairs could be better ... bigger, more comfortable and maybe a little more space between patients.
