I haven’t been here since 2010. The exact same thing happened. I was treated unfairly and rudely because I am white. All of the workers and patients were Hispanic. The girl at the front desk was nice. But the radiologist was rude to me. She told me to just carry my clothes out and sit in a chair. When I walked out the other three Hispanic women had bags to put their things in and I did not. When I asked her for one she said she didn’t have anymore. Funny thing is I was there first? I got to the imaging center on Central Avenue in Riverside at 1:45. I finally got my x-ray at 4:45. I have a PPO and can choose my providers. I will not choose this group again.
It was quick- in and out. Not like most places. Staff friendly helpful. Like they know your in a hurry. I’ll go back the next time also
