I was denied care because i don't have credit cards. I have Medicare as well as a supplementary policy which covers me 100%. The staff was rude and condescending. If you need care, don't go there.

I get very sick and Cora has assisted in a virtual visit on two occasions and she answers all my questions and helps get me better. This is my number one place that I go for emergency care or urgent care. They’re the best.
Major insurance billing issues to visit this Urgent Care due to improper coding. Beware if you bring your child in for a sore throat in-office strep or Covid test. The billing coding with "laboratory testing" for an in-office rapid test will cause your entire visit to not be covered by your insurance. This is the second time we have spent countless hours trying to resolve a billing issue with no help from HealthCARE Express.
