Great customer service. Good communication. Provided options but did not pressure or try to upsell. Prices are good. And location is great close to shops and restaurants. This will my place from now on.
I highly recommend Michelle for Botox at HealthBay MedSpa in Walnut Creek! She takes the time to talk through your needs and explains everything (including any of her recommendations) in great detail. She helps make the injections go by smoothly and was a pleasure to talk to. I’ll be booking her again!
I really enjoyed my experience at HealthBay MedSpa in Walnut Creek. The treatment is very effective so far. Olga, a Dermatologist Nurse Practitioner that worked with me, is not only a great professional with lot of experience, but also an amazing and empathetic person who answered all my questions and offered solutions and free advice on my other concerns. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend this clinic! I’ve had work done by both Olga and Kevin and I only have positive things to say about both of them. I saw Olga last year and was so impressed by her work, she put so much care and time into my appointment.
