Over the last year I've gone here regularly for laser hair removal and generally had a fine experience. I bought a package and was getting laser in 3 different areas. Usually had the same provider, Olivia, who was great, however, midway through my package Olivia wasn't available and I was booked with a different provider. After that session, I ended up with burns in three separate spots on my body.
