This was my first appointment at this primary care office and I had a very disappointing experience. To start, my appointment was changed after I booked it online without any call to notify me. I had to call the office to question an email that I received showing my appointment time and it was not the time I booked. I spoke with someone very rude and condescending when asking why my appointment was randomly changed . Dr. Mohammed Zawahiri is a compassionate and attentive physician. He takes the time to listen carefully and addresses concerns with patience and professionalism. I truly appreciate his calm demeanor and the way he makes his patients feel heard and supported, especially during difficult times. I’m grateful for his care and guidance
Dr. Zawahiri - Is one of the best doctors I have come across. He has the patience to listen and is really attentive. He really cares and is very easy to talk to. His diagnosis has been crisp, clear and on point. His office is very easy to work with and accommodative. I have never spent unnecessary time waiting and they’re are normally very efficient and quick in their operations. I definitely highly recommend.
Dr. Zawahiri is by far the best PCP we have ever had. He is so patient and really listens to your concerns. So happy to have found such a high caliber doctor in the North Austin area. Highly recommended!
Took 5 days to get a call back and the receptionist was rude. After 4 calls and a vm I get a call back no real introduction just “Did you make an appointment yet?” Said no I had questions. Then she told me she can’t help me I need to do everything on the website. Looking for a new primary care for my family and this was the worst first interaction I’ve had with anyone I have researched.
