Only leaving this review as it’s the 4th time it has happened to me at this practice. I visited Health Yeppoon and Although I was billed $197.00 (appointment & results) for the appointment, the office never sent the referrals that were discussed during the visit. I followed up multiple times via phone/email, but received no response or resolution. This lack of follow-through caused delays in my care and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this practice unless they improve their communication and billing practices.
