Very fast and professional. Jorlie was very fast and knows what’s she doing make you feels like you are in good hands. First time here and will be back
At first they seemed great. As time and visits went on I felt less and less about it. They have poor communication with patients. I was told to make a follow up appointment to redo blood work and when I came in for the redo I was told I didn’t need this appointment or the blood work and waisted $120 and my time. They should have called me to cancel or refund my money. I had complained multiple times about fatigue and it was always pushed off as a side effect from a medication I’m on. I had a very upsetting experience with the office manager at HealthXpress. Before I could even explain why I was calling about my copay, she repeatedly rushed me and demanded my information without listening to my concern. When I tried to ask a simple question, she abruptly said, “If you don’t like my process, then find another PCP.” This was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Jorlie was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. She answered all my questions. I would like for her to work at my clinic if that’s no problem. Lol
Staff was friendly, and we were able to be seen right away. They also offered free services. A good option if you don't have health insurance.
