I went to Health-Wise Sports Medicine, LLC for tendinitis in my ankle after dealing with swelling and pain for months. I had seen an orthopedist but didn’t get much relief. After just one session at Health-Wise, I noticed a huge difference — within two days the swelling went down and the pain was significantly better. I’m so thankful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with stubborn injuries or chronic pain!

I came in to see Stephanie for a pinched nerve in my upper back that was causing pain, numbness and tingling in my shoulder, arm, and hand.
