Don't know how I could describe this Dental office to make the review readers understand just how wonderful of an experience it is to be in their care.. everyone is professional..but with that professionalism comes the most genuine and caring people..anyone reading this who is looking for a dentist with great expertise..should see Dr Alex..He will make you smile..literally..!..I promise you!!

Brand new to Sensitive Care, went in for my appointment today. Not only were they ontime in taking me at my time, Maggie (Hygenist) was awesome. She explained everything she was doing BEFORE she actually did the work. Awesome panoramic XRay machine!! They have the latest technology, and most of all, the concern and care to make sure I understood everything. Recommend A+++
At 73 years old, they have managed to keep my real teeth in my mouth. A terrific job done by all and especially Laura. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned today!!
My visit was made very comfortable by the entire staff. Hygienist Susan is excellent. Dr Mitch is always good as is Dr. Wiener.
A vernier on a front tooth had popped off and fell down the sink, giving me the appearance of a vampire (at least to me). Dr. Quintner came in on his day off and made a new vernier, and within 2 hours I was back to looking normal. Great friendly customer service by the whole staff, combined with state of the art technology and dentists, make this the best dentist office in Connecticut.
You never sit in the waiting room long.Always on time, very professional. State of the art equipment and everyone is very nice. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I just had my bi-annual visit with Jenn at Sensitive Care and it went great! I was ushered in at the exact time of my appointment! Jenn was friendly and thorough. I have been with Sensitive Care for many years and i highly recommend them!
Went for a routine cleaning. A cheerful smiling greeting at arrival , & brought in exactly on time as always. Professional & thorough exam, along with check-in from Dentist to discuss any issues or changes. Always a pleasure,a visit with friends & clean polished teeth as a bonus !!
